Go to the Targets tab in Settings to set a goal weight and choose a rate of weight loss/gain.

Scroll down to the Weight Goal section to see your current weight and to choose a target weight for your goal.

Toggle this to see how many more calories you must consume or burn for the day to meet your weight goal in the Calories Summary.
Weight Goal Timeline
Use this menu to choose a rate of weight loss or gain, or choose to maintain weight. When you choose a rate of weight loss/gain goal, your calorie budget will update to show you how many calories will be subtracted (weight loss) or added (weight gain) per day to achieve your goal.
You can choose increments of 1/2 lb per week of weight loss/gain. Cronometer offers a maximum of 2 pounds per week as the maximum recommended amount for healthy weight loss.
This graph will show your predicted weight loss/gain overtime (blue line) based on the chosen Goal Timeline. Your Weight Goal will appear as the green line. View the date on the x-axis to see by what date you will reach your weight with the account settings you have chosen.
