Go to the Targets tab in Settings to set a goal weight and choose a rate of weight loss/gain.

Scroll down to the Weight Goal section to see your current weight and to choose a target weight for your goal.
Show Weight Goal in Diary
Toggle on Show Weight Goal in Diary to have your weight loss goal timeline applied to your Calorie Budget in the Calories Summary.
Weight Goal Timeline
Setting a Goal Timeline will determine your Calorie Budget in the Calories Summary.
Choose a rate of weight loss or gain, or choose to maintain weight. Choosing one of these options will either subtract (weight loss) or add (weight gain) calories to your Calorie Budget.
This graph will show your predicted weight loss/gain overtime (blue line) based on the chosen Goal Timeline. Your Weight Goal will appear as the green line. View the date on the x-axis to see by what date you will reach your goal weight with the timeline you have chosen.
