Access the Settings tab at the bottom right of your screen.
The Settings section is where you can manage nutrient targets, diary settings and sharing preferences. Use the three toggles at the bottom of this section to manage the display shown in your Full report and diary screens.
Change your Macronutrient targets by using a preset Macronutrient Ratio, Ketogenic settings, custom ratio or Fixed targets
Set custom macro and micro nutrient targets.
Adjust your weight goal here. You can update your goal weight here and choose a rate of weight loss or gain. Be sure to toggle on "Show weight goal" if you would like to see your deficit or surplus you need to reach your goal in your Calories Summary.
Toggle on the fasting header in your diary to schedule fasts, track fasts, and view & annotate fasting history.
